Saxofonix music management agency was established by Alison Owen-Morley in 2011 as a new freelance adventure in music, designed to meet the needs of other freelance musicians and ensembles who may not have the time or the full range of skills to make the most of their own creative potential, as well as offering a service to companies wanting some special sounds for their special events.
I have over a quarter of a century’s experience in music and the arts, covering a wide range of areas from performance to reviewing, from strategic planning to project management and from communications to design. As a creative musician myself I understand the needs of other musicians, speak the same language and can communicate music effectively in sounds, in words and in pictures.
I take a collaborative approach to working with individual musicians, ensembles and companies, and think of my clients as colleagues. Whether you are a musician or a company I can offer a range of tailored services to support your own music needs and development, freeing up your time for your own work.
My work falls under the three creative areas of performance, writing and design, so please check out the sections In Sounds, In Words and In Pictures to learn more about what’s on offer. In each section you’ll find details of the various services, together with examples of my work and feedback from satisfied customers.
